When I was first diagnosed with ADHD in 2010, I hid this fact from anyone but a few close friends. I learned quickly though that being open about it, providing an open space for dialogue, basing statements carefully on positive testimonies, and becoming trained in one of the best ADHD coaching training programs that relies on scientific evidence, I have been privileged to have been given plenty of opportunities to share the message of a neurodivergent reality to my country and hopefully, now to the rest of the world. 

When it comes to ADHD speaking engagements, I spent years figuring out how to not be boring, to study my audience and most importantly to personalize content. As an active member of Toastmasters International, an organization dedicated to public speaking and leadership from 2010-2016, I was fortunate to win numerous speaking competitions and hold several leadership positions and at peak held the rank of Advanced Communicator Gold (ACG).
